faq

How do I place an order?
Simple– email info@customcountsproductions.com. Attach your count sheets (found on the resources page), as well as specific music requests, voiceovers, and anything else you may think we need to know. The more you provide– the better!

How will I get it once it’s done and how long does it take?
Once your mix is complete, we will email it to you. In terms of turn-around, a rush fee of $100 will be applied to any mix ordered one week (or less) prior to it’s deadline. Turn around time for each mix is typically within 3 business days of your order. We will email you if any issues arise, and reserve the right to extend production time should it be necessary.

I made routine changes– Can you fix the music?
Absolutely! Let us know, specifically, the changes you need made. Attach new 8-count sheets in your email, and we will edit your music at no extra cost*!
*Routine edits such as “Worlds”/”Nationals” Remixes may be charged differently. These prices handled on a case-by-case basis.

I’m placing a large order, do I get a discount?
No. We appreciate your support, and are extremely appreciative of your business, however, if we offered discounts to all of our larger orders, we would not survive in this industry.*
*All orders in excess of 3+ LIKE routines (3+ x 2:01-2:30, 3+ x 1:01-1:30, etc.,) will receive $50 off each ordered mix.

What exactly am I paying for?
You are paying for your custom mix that you ordered, with the best voiceovers around. We provide a service, NOT a product. All artists and songs used in our mixes retain their publishing and licensing affiliations, as well as their rights. We just do the mixing, that’s all (and we retain the rights to the mixes themselves). Our mixes aren’t to be re-used, recycled, or re-sold. All of what we mix is 100% custom to the clients who have purchased them, and we’d like to keep it that way.
**All payments are non-refundable once production has begun on your mix.
